NEAT LUBRICANT CUTTING FLUIDS
SILVERCOAT (NEAT) 22
Neat cutting oil based on an inactive sulphur additive formulation for medium to severe operations on all metal types. Inactive sulphur additive prevents staining where yellow metal alloys are being utilised.
SILVERDRAW
Thick and viscous Reaming and drawing fluid, apply by brush, etc.
SILVERTAP
A much thinner viscosity than the above and is ideal again by spray or brush for tapping operations.
SILVERSTAR (NEAT)
Heavy duty neat cutting oil based on active sulphur formulation. Extremely high film strength and is usually used in extremely severe operations such as gear hobbing and shaping.
SILVERCLAW (NEAT) ISO VG 22 & 46 VERSIONS
A neat cutting oil for all round applications. Ideally suited for precision high speed threading, screwing, grinding and deep hole and bore drilling. A strong and effective all purpose cutting oil incorporating a generous selection of chlorinated, polar fatty acids, lubricity enhancers and sulphurised additives. A truly effective all round neat cutting fluid suitable for most applications found on capstan, CNC and multi-spindle machines.
SILVERSEF
A high flash, low viscosity oxidation resistant oil recommended for electrical discharge machining. Extremely good die-electric conductivity makes this the ideal fluid for spark erosion forming techniques.
